Representative past projects in Tysons Corner, Virginia.  These office projects were developed and constructed while employed by WEST*GROUP MANAGEMENT LLC.WEST*GROUP undertook the rezoning and conceptual planning of the apartment community and sold the land to Avalon, a multifamily REIT, which developed the apartment complex.  Also included are the rezoning, masterplanning and design coordination efforts of the massive 1,354 unit PARK CREST luxury condominium project in the heart of Tysons Corner (currently under construction).  Please visit parkcrestliving.com for more information.
